How it works

STEP 1: Browse our available properties

All the plots we have listed on our website have been thoroughly appraised by our experienced surveyor and have had a planning and conveyancing feasibility survey and an independent land valuation. We currently hold 2.5-year options on developing these properties.

STEP 2: Arrange to visit the land

Once you identify a plot you like the look of, we can arrange for you to visit it with a member of our team.

STEP 3: Take over the option on the plot and apply for planning permission

Once you’ve found the perfect plot, you can take over the option on it from Land Converter for a fixed option fee. (Please contact us for a copy of our standard option agreement) We re-assign the option on the plot to you and register it on the Land Registry. You can then apply for planning permission for the land.
As with any legal contract, it’s very important that you get INDEPENDENT LEGAL ADVICE before signing it.

STEP 4: Pay the landowner directly for the property

Once you own the option, you deal directly with the property owner to progress with the purchase. You are under no obligation to buy the land.
