How it works
Often, it’s the complex legislation and the up-front costs associated with selling part of your property that puts people off doing it. Sound familiar? Or maybe you’ve tried, but three years later your land is still on the market? No matter your situation, we can make selling your unused space simple.
STEP 1: We assess your piece of land, outbuildings or roof space
You complete our online appraisal form. Our experienced surveying team checks through it. If it looks as if the space you want to sell could gain planning approval he arranges to visit your property and discuss it with you. If you’re happy with what’s discussed, and the team thinks there is the potential for your space to be developed, they will arrange to do a topographical survey.
STEP 2: We make you an offer
If we believe that we can get planning permission for the property, we make you an offer subject to the planning application being approved. This offer is based on land’s market value and the size of the property that we think will be approved. We then draw up an agreement between us.
STEP 3: We apply for planning permission
We submit an outline planning application to the local authority. We will be more than happy to share and discuss this application with you. For the most part we use the spaces we buy to build high-spec prefabricated modular houses that are designed by respected British architects. They are unobtrusive, quick-to-build, eco-friendly properties that are designed with planning regulations in mind.
STEP 4: You get paid
When we receive planning approval we pay you the full amount via bank transfer.
